Results-oriented person with almost twenty years’ experience in the ICT field, in March 2016 he established BID and has become its CEO. His adventure in SAS Italia began in 2005, before he had been working for PricewaterhouseCoopers, HIKNOW (joint venture of Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Accenture) and SAS UK as ICT consultant, until became the SAS Director of consulting and pre-sales in the Financial market.
He has a degree in Economics, has a son, is a football fan and loves jogging during the free time.
Graduated with honors in Finance at the Università di Pavia, after a brief experience in KPMG’s Information Risk Management team he spent 5 years working for SAS Italia as a Risk consultant. During this period, he implemented several projects for some of the major Italian financial institutions, often following the entire process flow: from data preparation up to reporting the results of the calculation engine. Doing so, he has perfectly been able to lead a team towards its goal, also keeping his knowledge of IT issues updated.
He combines mental and physical exercise together, being a compulsive reader, especially of noir novels, and doing several sports.
His main skills consist of model quantitatively any business phenomena and adopt problem-solving approach for complex cases.
He obtained a Postgraduate Specialization in “Customer Experience and Social Media Analytics” at the Università di Tor Vergata, after a master degree with honor in Statistical Sciences at the Università Alma Mater di Bologna. He is in BID since March 2016, as Principal Consultant in the area of CRM Analytics.
Sportsman and TV-show fan, he likes travelling to discover different cultures.

Curiosity in combination with his degree in Computer Engineering bring him to a deep software knowledge, especially in modelling mathematical problems.
He has been working as an IT consultant for over ten years and in the last five years he has been investigating issues related to Data Management, Financial Planning and Customer Intelligence, participating to several projects on national and international level.
Tireless walker, lover of sport and swimming. In 2009, he set up with his friends a beer brewery, spending enjoyably time combining malts, hops and yeasts looking for new recipes.
